Collection kits are available to purchase directly from the LifeShop.
Collect & Return
We will send you everything you need to collect your sample. Follow the included instructions to activate, collect, and return your sample via USPS to our partner laboratory.
Get Results
Your sample will be processed by our CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited partner laboratory. After receiving your sample, test results will be available online within 5 days.
